A Palestinian youth injured by Israeli fire in East of ALQuds

Palestinian medical sources in occupied East AlQuds (Jerusalem) reported Sunday that one youth from Al-Esawiyya town, in the AlQuds district, was shot and wounded by Israeli military fire during clashes that took place after the army invaded the town.

The sources stated that the soldiers invaded the town from its eastern entrance, and fired dozens of gas bombs and concussion grenades; one youth was directly hit by a gas bomb in his head and was moved to a local hospital.

Al- Esawiyya is subject to frequent Israeli invasions, while more than 30 residents were kidnapped by the soldiers in recent invasions.

In other news, settlers of the Maoun illegal outpost, near the southern West Bank city of AlKhalil (Hebron), opened fire at a number of Palestinians crossing a road close to the illegal settlement; no injuries were reported.

Also, settlers of the Beit Hadassah illegal outpost, in the heart of AlKhalil city, attacked a Palestinian store causing damages. Israeli policemen arrived at the scene and removed the settlers.
