The Higher Executive Committee for the Protection of Homeland and the Confrontation of Normalization in Jordan has considered, in a statement on Thursday, official and semi-official visits to occupied ALQuds (Jerusalem) a flagrant provocation to the Jordanian people and a betrayal to the Palestinian right of return.
The committee asked the Jordanian government to prevent such visits through Jordan, calling on the Jordanian people to reject and condemn all forms of normalization with the enemy, including the flooding of the Jordanian market with Zionist products.
The committee added that such visits to AlQuds under the Israeli occupation, settlement expansion, Judaization of the holy sites, and the brutal abuse on Palestinians and Arabs constitute a provocation flagrant to the Jordanian people who made many sacrifices for Palestine and offered many martyrs to defend the holy places.
It is also considered a betrayal to the Palestinian struggle that aims to end the occupation and to the right of return, the committee said.
